Incident Details: On 12/02/2010], BT experienced some difficulties with an ERX11 at Milton Keynes.
The fault was identified at 05:53 and and was upgraded within BT to a SI.
The difficulty was as a result of Over running Planned work
Progress Details: BT is making progress towards full restoration of Service.
Latest Update:
An Engineer is now on site.
Operational teams are carrying out remote diagnostics.

Outage: Wolverhampton Interconnect

We have been made aware of an issue with the Wolverhampton interconnect node. Some xDSL users may be experiencing loss of connectivity. BT Wholesale has informed us that engineers are working to resolve the issue and full service should be restored shortly.
