Update: (10:15) The power outage has affected the BT exchange and xDSL connections are affected. The datacenter is fully powered and operational.
Update: (10:25) We are working with BT to restore power to their equipment and will regain ADSL connectivity shortly.
Update: (11:25) BT have restored power to their POP and end users shoud now have ADSL connectivity. If you are still experiencing isses please power off your router for 10 seconds before contacting support. We are still treating this issue as at risk.
