Transit Provider Connectivity

Service Affected: Internet Connectivity

Resolve Time: 11.45am

Our transit provider is currently experiencing problems in certain parts of the country, the majority of users will be unaffected, but users that pass directly through the affected points of presence will experience a loss of connectivity. Their engineers are currently on route updates will be posted as we receive them.

Update: The cause of the fault has been identified and engineers  are working on the repair.
Update: The fault has been repaired and the service is now stable.

At Risk

Service Affected: Co-Location

Following yesterdays planned maintenance, engineers have now identified the cause of the problem.  Work is now underway to replace the faulty equipment, no further outages are anticipated but the service is classed as at risk until the work has been completed.

Planned Maintenance

Estimated Completion: 11.00pm

Due to a recent power issue we are installing additional and redundant power equipment, engineers will need to turn off power one cab at a time to complete the work.  During this time services within the individual cab will be affected. This work will ensure that there is no possibility of similar unplanned outages in the future.

Co-Location Outage

Due to a problem with a circuit breaker some cabinets in the DC lost power.  Engineers are investigating the cause of the problem.  Additional work at a later date may be required.  Customers affected by this outage will be contacted directly.
