  2. INITIAL INCIDENT FAULT

Oosha Monitoring Systems alerted infrastructure engineers to a number of VLANs that had disconnected. This in turn had an affect on connectivity within the customer environments.

  • 13:00 Oosha monitoring systems raise alerts to confirm that VLANs states have re-established.
  1. INCIDENT INVESTIGATION

Oosha Infrastructure engineers were alerted via monitoring system to a change in connection state for a number of VLANs. Engineers immediately began investigations through assessing system logs and change management systems.

  1. SOLUTION

Normal service was resumed without restorative action needed through Oosha engineers.

  1. FURTHER ACTIONS / KEY CONSIDERATIONS

At present the cause of this incident is still under investigation. Further updates will be distributed following conclusion of root cause analysis.
