Oosha Monitoring Systems alerted infrastructure engineers to a number of VLANs that had disconnected. This in turn had an affect on connectivity within the customer environments.

- 13:00 Oosha monitoring systems raise alerts to confirm that VLANs states have re-established.
- INCIDENT INVESTIGATION
Oosha Infrastructure engineers were alerted via monitoring system to a change in connection state for a number of VLANs. Engineers immediately began investigations through assessing system logs and change management systems.
- SOLUTION
Normal service was resumed without restorative action needed through Oosha engineers.
- FURTHER ACTIONS / KEY CONSIDERATIONS
At present the cause of this incident is still under investigation. Further updates will be distributed following conclusion of root cause analysis.
