Incident Details: On 12/02/2010], BT experienced some difficulties with an ERX11 at Milton Keynes.
The fault was identified at 05:53 and and was upgraded within BT to a SI.
The difficulty was as a result of Over running Planned work
Progress Details: BT is making progress towards full restoration of Service.
Latest Update:
An Engineer is now on site.
Operational teams are carrying out remote diagnostics.

Outage: Wolverhampton Interconnect

We have been made aware of an issue with the Wolverhampton interconnect node. Some xDSL users may be experiencing loss of connectivity. BT Wholesale has informed us that engineers are working to resolve the issue and full service should be restored shortly.

During the maintenance window above the router will be rebooted which should take approx 10 minutes to complete, during which all directly connected customers will lose connectivity.

Emergency Work: Interconnect Node

Further to the outages earler this week we have been advised by BT that the issue has been identified as
faulty BT maintained equipment on one of the interconnect nodes.

As a result emergency work to replace the affected system card will be performed between 04/12/2009 00:01 and 04/12/2009 06:00 during this period users connected to this node may experience up to 60 minutes downtime.

End users may experience stale sessions after the work has complete, if your are unable to connect after the resolve time please power down your ADSL equipment for 25 minutes before contacting support.

We have been informed by BT that they are currently experiencing an issue with connections into one of the interconnect nodes on the DSL platform. As a consequence users on this node may not be able to connect at present. This has been brought to our attention by BT who have advised they are looking into the issue as multiple service providers have reported similar issues in this area.
